REFUND POLICY

At Addison’s Kitchen, we strive to provide exceptional plant-based meals and memorable event experiences. Our refund policy applies to catering services, ticketed events, and online orders.
1. Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for Baltimore Vegan Restaurant Week (BVRW) events or other ticketed experiences are non-refundable.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Addison’s Kitchen or Visit Flock, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.

2. Catering Services

A deposit may be required to secure your catering date.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the event will receive 50% of the deposit refunded.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation costs are already incurred.

3. Online Orders (via Markit App)

Once an order is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for completed transactions.

If there is an error or issue with your order, please contact info@addisonskitchen.com within 24 hours for a resolution.

4. Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be considered in the following cases:

Event cancellation due to weather or venue issues.

Order errors caused by Addison’s Kitchen.

Special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
