REFUND POLICY

At Addison’s Kitchen, we strive to provide exceptional plant-based meals and memorable event experiences. Our refund policy applies to catering services, ticketed events, and online orders.

1. Event Tickets

  • Tickets purchased for Baltimore Vegan Restaurant Week (BVRW) events or other ticketed experiences are non-refundable.

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Addison’s Kitchen or Visit Flock, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.

2. Catering Services

  • A deposit may be required to secure your catering date.

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the event will receive 50% of the deposit refunded.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation costs are already incurred.

3. Online Orders (via Markit App)

  • Once an order is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for completed transactions.

  • If there is an error or issue with your order, please contact info@addisonskitchen.com within 24 hours for a resolution.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered in the following cases:

  • Event cancellation due to weather or venue issues.

  • Order errors caused by Addison’s Kitchen.

  • Special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
